‘Drug Dealer’ Claims Prison Supplier
DENPASAR ~ After an extensive investigation of a man arrested on March 2 on suspicion of dealing the drug ecstasy, Denpasar Police said his supplier was inside Kerobokan Prison.
According to police spokesman Ketut Suwetra, accused drug dealer I Komang Suparta, 29, told officers he bought ecstasy tablets from a source in the prison for Rp150,000 (US$12) and sold them for Rp200,000 each.
Suwetra said police were searching for the supplier in the prison, but so far had not been successful.
“We’re working on finding the supplier,” he said.Filed under: The Island
