France Explores Business Opportunities in Bali

French Ambassador to Indonesia Corrine Breuze and her staffs explored business opportunities in Bali by meeting with Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika in Denpasar.

Bali Governor welcomed the arrival of the French ambassador andFrench businessman group because in the future it is expected to provide welfare for Balinese people.

According to him, although Bali is small, but it has a number of promising business opportunities.

“The field of marine is one that has not been worked out, in addition to that the area we have there are a number of rivers, which are the main water sources, also not used optimally,” he said.

Bali former police chief pointed out one of the forms of marine potentials on the island of Nusa Penida, Klungkung regency, which has appeal for divers because of its natural beauty so divers call it the “Kingdom Media Divers”.

On the other hand, he also presented a number of development programs that will and are taking place in Bali.

“We plan to build a new airport in Buleleng regency, I hope the existence of the airport makes North Bali as tourism center like the area of Nusa Dua,” he said.

Related to complaints from some businessmen about the traffic congestion problem in Bali, Pastika said that the provincial government also plan to build a monorail and a number of infrastructure including roads to facilitate traffic flow.

“With these programs, we hope we can provide comfort not only for the society but also for tourists visiting us so that there is always a reason to come to Bali,” said Pastika.
