Feyloon Restaurant Owner Suspects for Persecution
The owner of Feyloon Restaurant, Joe, and the manager, Fred, are determined as suspects as they for allegedly prosecuting Hendra Haryanto, who is a manager of a travel agent in last two weeks.
The chief of Criminal Unit Kuta Police AKP Agustiawan when being contacted he confirmed the determination of suspect on the owner of the famous Chinese food restaurant in Bali.
“Last week we’ve arrested two of them and they still be examined intensively,” he said.
According to Agustiawan, based on the results of the investigation and examination of witnesses, the two men found guilty on the persecution of the victim in front of Feyloon restaurant.
The victim initially reported that he was prosecuted by 10 people, two of them are Joe and Fred. But until now investigators named only two suspects.
“It just two suspects, if there is involvement of other people, we will check intensively,” he said.
The case of persecution that began when the victim was about to meet Fred in order to resolve the problem of guest orders at the restaurant, but it ended up with an argument that was apparently seen by the owner.
Do not want to be in trouble, Hendrawent out of the restaurant to his car parked in front of it. But Fred followed him and called the victim who was inside the car.
When the victim got out of the car, Fred was angry and immediately did the beating.
Apparently, Joe and some of the security officers and several employees in the restaurant took part in the action. This made the victim suffered injuries on his body.Filed under: Headlines
