The 13th Annual Forbes Global CEO Conference was held in Bali, Indonesia from September 3-5, 2013.  The Nusa Dua event attracted over 400 of the world’s top CEOs, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and tycoons. The event’s speakers included more than 45 top business leaders who shared insights into today’s economy.

The event originated as a way for influential business leaders to gather to discuss and debate key global issues and to maintain important cross-regional relationships.  The selection of Indonesia as the locale for the event this year was particularly exciting for William Adamopoulos, CEO of Forbes Media Asia LLC and President and Publisher of Forbes Asia, who sees Indonesia as a candidate for becoming a forerunner in emerging global markets.  As such, the theme for this year’s conference is “Taking the Lead.”

According to Miguel Forbes, President Worldwide Development Forbes Media, this year’s Global CEO Conference in Bali, Indonesia was a resounding success and exciting for Forbes to host.
