The Secretary-General of the Natural World Organization (NWO) and Humanitad Foundation Lewis Montaque escorted the spiritual leader Anand Krishna in facing his legal cases.
“We were surprised by the legal treatment how Anand Krishna has been treated in his own country, particularly in the case that he faced. We believe that discriminative attack against Anand must be stopped,” Lewis told reporters in Denpasar on Tuesday.
He came to Indonesia with legal commission Humanitad Foundation, who represented by lawyer specializing in international and constitutional laws John Walsh of Brannagh.
On that occasion, Lewis questioned the sincerity and seriousness of law enforcement officials in Indonesia to handle legal cases in the country.
“We wonder how can a prosecutor in the State Prosecutor’s Office and the judges in the Supreme Court against the law of criminal procedure, which also means depriving freedom of a citizen whose constitutional right to get a guarantee of legal protection and legal certainty has been governed by the Constitution of the country,” said Lewis.
John Walsh himself argued that events like this can be used as initial materials for the instutition to bring Anand’s case to a complaint to the International Court of Justice.
In a statement John Walsh confirmed if it’s time to fight back to send a message to the authorities that this attitude can no longer be tolerated by Indonesian people.
Anand Krishna alone on several occasions has vowed to take the fight over the unfair legal treatment to arrest his lifeless body.
Anand has been acquitted by The panel of judges of South Jakarta District Court, chaired by Albertina Hoon 22 November, 2011, but the Supreme Court granted the Prosecution appeal (24/7) although it contradicted contrary to Article 244 Criminal Procedure Code.
