AirAsia Indonesia won Bali International Costumer Satisfaction Award 2013 as the best national airline in the award night ceremony of Bali International Customer Satisfaction Award 2013 and Bali Best Brand 2013, which was held at the Grand Bali Beach Sanur. Station Manager Hub Bali AirAsia Indonesia, Garry Stefiano Wulyardhi, representing the company present and receive the award.
The prestigious award ceremony in Bali was organized by The Royal Bali Network International and it is the second time after 2011. The Royal Bali Network International set four categories to determine the winner of the award, which is pro- CSR branding, pro – environment, pro-culture, pro-consumer. In addition, the organizers also held a pooling through website since the beginning of October 2013 until last Thursday. A total of 575 brands of reputable companies present and some of them, one of which AirAsia Indonesia, being the best of the 60 categories.
President Director of AirAsia Indonesia, Dharmadi, said, “We are very proud that AirAsia Indonesia again won the award further strengthens our position as the people’s choice airline, especially in Bali. Bali is a very important market for AirAsia Indonesia, island of the gods that has many interesting tourist attraction is a favorite destination for tourists not only domestic, but also foreign tourists from different corners of the world.
“AirAsia Indonesia started operating in Bali since 2005 and is currently serving five domestic and six international flights from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The growth of aviation services is quite rapidly that makes Bali hub as the second largest revenue contributor for AirAsia Indonesia after Jakarta hub today,” added Garry.
