Amaroossa Hotel offers special menu for delegates from member countries of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) that will attend the Summit in Nusa Dua, Bali.
“We participate in and support the APEC Summit in Bali in the form of service to provide comfort for the guess.” Said the General Manager of Amaroossa Hotel Gede Parmita in Nusa Dua.
The hotel has a great chef and could serve typical culinary from various Asia-Pacific countries.
In making typical meals from APEC member countries, he doesn’t prepare special tools, but only strengthen the experience of its chef.
He believed that he could provide comfort for members of APEC countries who will have a break after or before the Summit.
Besides, the hotel that is close to Taman Mumbul, Nusa Dua, will provide different sense of comfort for guess staying at the hotel.
“The position of Amaroossa Hotel is very strategic as we can see sunrise and sunset directly from the highest point of the hotel or called ‘sunset cocktail’ while eating together with family or close relatives,” he said.
Candy Juliana as the Director of Sales in Amaroossa Hotel added that besides serving typical foods of APEC Summit member countries, it also presents collaboration of current country with Balinese taste.
“The collaboration aims to promote Balinese culture and tradition so that it could be more popular to world society,” she said.
