Beratan Lake tourism object is quiet this month due to the high intensity of rain in Bedugul area, Tabanan regency, Bali.
“Both foreign and domestic tourists visits to this area decrease,” the Manager of Ulundanu-Beratan Tourism Object I Wayan Mustika said.
He mentioned that on weekdays the number of visitors is 1.500 people per day. But this month the visitors are only 500 people per day.

However, he thought that the accident is not the only reason. “Rain is often falling in this area. In the afternoon, the area will be foggy,” he said.
For the entrance ticket, the administration of Beratan Lake decided price for foreigners, which is Rp 30.000 for adults and Rp 15.000 for children. Whereas, for domestic tourists the ticket is Rp 10.000 for adults and Rp 7.500 for children.
The entrance ticket is organized by the customary village for object and park maintenance. Besides, the money is also used for religious ceremony in this village,” Wayan Mustika said.
Based on the data from Meteorology, Geophysics, and Climatology Bureau (BMKG) Area III/ Denpasar, in the last week, it was raining every day in Bedugul with low to middle intensity.
